Absolutely! You can cancel anytime and if you are on a free trial if you cancel before the end of your trial there will be no charge.

5. Do I need a gym or special equipment?
Not necessarily! Every program is tailored to your setup whether you train at home, in a gym, or with minimal equipment. I design workouts around whatever is available and preferable to you. Lots of our runners get amazing results with no equipment.
6. How much time do I need to commit to strength training?
Your plan is built around your schedule. Most runners can see results with just 2 sessions per week, each lasting 30-45 minutes, whereas some of our runners enjoy our sessions and prefer do much more.
7. Can I do strength training while training for a race?
Yes, a major part of our programme is preparing runners for races. From being stronger and fitter to tapering your runs and load in the lead up to the race whilst monitoring your “readiness to train” and health markers to ensure you’re in best place to smash your PB and take away that fear of the unknown.
8. Can I do this plan if I have an injury?
Yes, most of my career has been working to rehabilitate injured athletes. Your program is fully customised to your unique situation, including any injuries. I work with you to modify exercises and ensure you train safely, always encouraging you to consult your doctor/physio for personalised advice.
9. Does this plan help prevent injuries?
Absolutely. A key focus of your tailored plan is identifying and addressing imbalances and weaknesses that may lead to injury. Beyond this, your access to daily advice and schedule planning means we will plan and monitor your weeks together to ensure you don’t increase your risk of injury.

10. How long does it take to see results?
Since your plan is customised for you, results often come quickly. Many of our runners feel stronger and more stable and see improvements in pain in just a few weeks, with noticeable improvements in speed and endurance within 4-6 weeks.
